When the holiday season is in the air, plenty of people start to decorate their homes with old and new Christmas decorations that would make the inside and outside of their homes in tune with the yuletide season.  Also, Christmas decorations provide a certain feeling wherein families understand more about the goodwill of giving to the less fortunate and helping others in need.

A lot of people have different preference and taste on what kind of Christmas decoration to buy and a lot of them also visualize how the decorations would look on the areas of their house’s rooms.   A lot of people choose more colorful and shinier decorative accent pieces for Christmas for their Christmas trees and doors.

The traditional decoration for the Christmas holiday season is the color green and red.  These two colors represent warmth and nature and are often used to most, if not all Christmas decorations ranging from Christmas Trees, Christmas lights, tree ornaments, gift wrappers, etc.  Even though green and red are considered the two most popular colors, white, gold and silver are also associated with Christmas.   Silver gives the shine on plenty of Jim Shore Christmas decorations like tree ornaments.  Gold is also a popular Christmas color that gives shine and glitter.  It is somewhat related to historical and biblical context when one of the 3 wise men, Melchor, gave baby Jesus gold as a present as also depicted in the Jim Shore Nativity.  Last but not least is white.  Things related to the Christmas season such as snow, snowman, North Pole, etc. are just a few things associated with the color white.  As with the colors green and red, green is applied to several popular Christmas décor like mistletoes, Christmas trees, and elves.  While red is a color commonly found in Santa Clause.
